Set up a thermal receipt printer

Print counter receipts straight from the POS — no print dialog, paper cut automatically, cash drawer opened, and a clear message when the printer is off or out of paper. Works with the Helett BillQuick Neo, RETSOL RTP-81 and any ESC/POS receipt printer (58 or 80 mm), in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. About 5 minutes per counter.

    Open the printer setup

    Point of Sale → Set up printer (top right).

    Choose the printer and connection

    Helett BillQuick Neo, RETSOL RTP-81 or another ESC/POS printer; USB cable, Bluetooth / COM port, Bluetooth (phones & tablets) or System printer.

    Connect it

    Choose printer → pick it from the list. For Bluetooth on Windows, pair it in Settings → Bluetooth & devices first.

    Paper and options

    80 mm or 58 mm, copies, auto-print, cut, cash drawer, logo, barcode, payment QR. Save.

    Test print

    Every line readable, barcode and QR printed, paper cut — you are done.
