Nufo is built by Guitaa Technology Private Limited, a Jaipur software company incubated in the CIIE.CO ecosystem at IIM Ahmedabad and seed-funded in 2020.
01Why we exist
Four systems that disagree
Most growing Indian businesses keep accounts in one package, stock in a spreadsheet, orders on WhatsApp and payroll somewhere else. Nobody can see the whole business at once, and every month-end goes on reconciling figures that should never have been different.
Enterprise ERPs fix this for large companies, but they are priced per seat, sold as licences and take months to implement. Mid-sized groups end up paying for software they can't use, or putting up with tools they have outgrown.
We started Nufo to give them one system for billing, inventory, manufacturing, accounts and people. It runs every company and every godown in the group, with Indian compliance built in and a price that is fixed before the work begins.
02Our story
From a music-learning startup to business software
The company began with a consumer product and went on to build software for businesses. The team, the incubator and the investors have stayed the same.
2018
Incorporated in Jaipur
Guitaa Technology Private Limited is founded in Jaipur by Abhimanyu Saraswat and Chetan Agarwal. Its first product was Guitaa, an online music-learning platform.
Incubation
Startup Oasis, the CIIE.CO incubator
Incubated at Startup Oasis in Jaipur, set up by CIIE.CO at IIM Ahmedabad together with RIICO. This gave us mentors, investors and the discipline of a structured incubation programme.
iStart
iStart Rajasthan
Took part in iStart, the Government of Rajasthan's startup programme, which supports technology companies built in the state.
Dec 2020
Seed round
Raised a seed round of an undisclosed amount, led by Startup Oasis through the NIDHI Seed Support System of the Department of Science & Technology, with angels from ah! Ventures and the JITO Angel Network.
Today
Business software for Indian companies
The same team now builds and runs Growth System, an ERP for groups and enterprises, and Nufo, its sibling product for small businesses. Both run on one codebase and are hosted in India.

Every figure can be traced back to the document that created it. We will not ship a report that disagrees with its own ledger.
Priced by the work, not the seat
Every module is included. You pay for setup, hosting, training and defined customisation, and the cost is fixed after the readiness audit.
Compliance in the document
GST, TDS and e-invoicing are checked when a bill is raised, not tidied up at the end of the quarter.
Your data stays yours
Hosted in India, with a full export over the API or every night. Nothing about leaving should be harder than joining.

We map how your business actually runs before we configure anything, so the system fits the business instead of the other way round.
