Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nufo platform (the "Service") operated by Pravaha Infinity Private Limited ("we", "us" or "the Company"), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (CIN U55101RJ2026PTC114326).

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with third parties or allow more than the licensed number of users to access it.

2. Subscription, Fees & Taxes

  • Subscription plans, pricing, included features, and usage limits are published on our website and within the app, and may be revised with notice.
  • Fees are quoted exclusive of GST. We will charge applicable GST (CGST + SGST or IGST as per the place-of-supply rules) on every invoice.
  • You authorise us, or our payment partners, to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). Tax invoices are issued by Pravaha Infinity Private Limited under GSTIN 08AARCP0679E1Z1.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; (c) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service or related systems.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and back up Customer Data solely to operate the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own (and no less than reasonable care), and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, all software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by us remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you other than the limited right to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Service Availability & Support

We target high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We provide email and WhatsApp support during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST), excluding national holidays.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to us or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the parties' right to seek interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
