This Privacy Policy explains how Pravaha Infinity Private Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use Nufo (the "Service"). It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information We Collect

Account & billing data: name, business name, email, phone, GSTIN, billing address, payment instrument details (handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners — we do not store full card numbers).
Business data you upload: products, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, inventory, employee records, and similar operational data.
Usage data: log records, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, time stamps, and feature interactions used to operate, secure and improve the Service.
Support communications: any messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or in-app chat.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To process payments, issue GST tax invoices, and provide receipts.
To send transactional communications (account, billing, security, service notices).
To respond to support requests and enforce our Terms.
To improve features, fix bugs, and develop new functionality (using aggregated or anonymised data wherever possible).
To send marketing communications about our products — you can opt out at any time.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

Service providers who help operate the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, customer support tooling) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Government authorities when legally required (subpoena, court order, valid statutory request).
Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business — subject to equivalent privacy commitments.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in India and is protected with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and routine backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain it for up to 90 days for export and reactivation, after which it is deleted, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for 8 financial years under Indian tax law).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@nufo.in. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may degrade your experience.

8. Children

The Service is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may contact our Grievance Officer at support@nufo.in. Please mark the subject line as "Grievance — Privacy". We will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within thirty (30) days.
