Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to Nufo, operated by Pravaha Infinity Private Limited. By subscribing you accept this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free Trial
New accounts get a free trial period (length shown at sign-up). You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends without any payment. If you do not cancel, your subscription auto-converts to a paid plan on the trial end date.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app, or by emailing support@nufo.in from the email address registered on your account.
- After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We will not charge you for any further renewal.
- Your data remains exportable for 90 days after the end of the paid period, after which it may be deleted.
3. Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. If you are dissatisfied within seven (7) calendar days of your first paid charge, write to support@nufo.in with your account email and reason, and we will refund the full amount paid for that charge. This guarantee applies only to the first paid invoice; renewals are not eligible.
After the 7-day window, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, we will of course honour the statutory right.
4. Mid-cycle Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. The lower plan's feature limits apply from that date.
5. Failed Payments & Grace Period
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry over a 7-day grace period during which the Service remains active. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the account is moved to read-only. After 30 days of non-payment, the account may be suspended.
6. GST Tax Invoice Adjustments
Where a refund is approved, we will issue a credit note adjusting the original tax invoice (GSTIN 08AARCP0679E1Z1) in accordance with Section 34 of the CGST Act, 2017. Net of any payment-gateway fees that are non-recoverable, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
7. Non-refundable Items
- One-time setup, migration, or training services that have already been delivered.
- Add-on usage charges (e.g., WhatsApp messages, SMS, additional storage) that have already been consumed.
- Any subscription period beyond the 7-day first-charge window.
8. Disputes
For any refund-related dispute, please first write to support@nufo.in. We aim to resolve all refund claims within fourteen (14) business days.
